I have to stop reading books that end on a cliffhanger because I know how much they ruin my life. And the way this one ended?! Dagger straight to the heart.

As you can tell, I enjoyed this book! Grace and Cash are so electric together. They meet on a plane when they were both going through major changes. They spend the weekend together, but they don't share much about themselves. When they go back to reality, they discover Cash is the client Grace is tasked with finding a wife and Grace is married. Grace is getting a divorce from her cheating ex, but Cash doesn't know that, so he's furious with her.

The angst while they're lovers turned to enemies is so good because as much as Cash is upset, he can't deny that he's fallen for Grace. They do find their way back to one another but the ending changes everything.

I have to say that I LOVE Cash. He honestly might be perfect. He's the definition of "obsessed with his partner but in the best way". Cash is absolutely enthralled by Grace from the moment they meet. He wants to know everything about her and just love her with everything that he has. He really said the sweetest things to her. He never missed a moment to tell her how smart, beautiful, talented, and worthy she is. He is truly obsessed with her and I ate it up. I love that she's older than him and he doesn't care πŸ₯°

I'm so glad book two is out in less than a month because I would simply perish if I had to wait any longer. I do expect MAJOR groveling from not only Cash, but his sister, too. I get where she was coming from, but she really never gave Grace a shot. I can't wait to see how this story ends!
